Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran disiplin kerja serta lingkungan kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan bagian operator produksi pada PT. Multi Makanan Tebet Barat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan karyawan bagian operator produksi sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berperan positif dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penerapan disiplin kerja yang konsisten mendorong karyawan untuk menjalankan ketentuan kerja, menyelesaikan tugas sesuai tanggung jawab, serta mencapai hasil kerja yang optimal. Lingkungan kerja juga berperan positif dalam mendukung kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, aman, serta mendukung aktivitas produksi membantu karyawan menjalankan pekerjaan secara lebih optimal. Secara simultan, disiplin kerja serta lingkungan kerja menjadi faktor penting dalam mendukung peningkatan kinerja karyawan bagian operator produksi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja karyawan membutuhkan kedisiplinan kerja yang konsisten serta dukungan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif.
