Pengaruh Kegiatan Promosi (Skrining Mata Gratis) dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kunjungan Pasien Umum Poliklinik Mata di Klinik Utama Prime Center Nana Rohana

Kegiatan skrining mata gratis banyak digunakan oleh klinik swasta sebagai strategi promotif untuk menjangkau masyarakat, namun peningkatan partisipasi skrining tidak selalu berbanding lurus dengan keputusan kunjungan pasien umum. Penelitian ini menganalisis peran kegiatan promosi skrining mata gratis dan kualitas pelayanan dalam membentuk keputusan kunjungan pasien umum di Klinik Utama Prime Center Nana Rohana. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif-verifikatif diterapkan terhadap 97 responden peserta skrining mata tahun 2024, dengan analisis regresi linier berganda sebagai teknik utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan kunjungan, sedangkan kegiatan promosi tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial. Meskipun demikian, pengujian simultan mengonfirmasi bahwa promosi dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap keputusan kunjungan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa promosi skrining berfungsi sebagai pemicu awal eksposur layanan, sementara keputusan kunjungan terbentuk melalui evaluasi terhadap mutu pelayanan yang dialami. Penelitian ini memperkuat perspektif bahwa efektivitas promosi preventif dalam layanan kesehatan sangat bergantung pada konsistensi kualitas pelayanan sebagai pembentuk nilai dan kepercayaan pasien.
